Calls go unanswered. Intake comes in half-finished. Eligibility goes unchecked, prior authorizations stall, denials pile up. And staff keep moving the same information by hand between EHRs, phones, inboxes, and spreadsheets that were never built to talk to each other.
The cost is real: patients wait longer, staff burn out, follow-up slips, and revenue quietly leaks out through the insurance maze. We build AI operations software that takes this work off a clinic's plate, without taking the people who run it out of the loop.
Clinic teams aren't short on effort. They're short on hours that aren't spent coordinating. Most of the day goes to moving information between patients, providers, payers, and systems that don't sync.
Eligibility, prior authorization, denials, and appeals are where care gets delayed and revenue quietly disappears. Payer rules shift, approvals stall, claims come back, and almost all of it is still done by hand. It's a big part of why good clinics run thin, and why so many end up selling just to stay open.
Healthcare operations are hard because the stakes are real: patients, PHI, and rules that change by payer, plan, provider, and state. The cost of guessing is too high, so we build for control, traceability, security, and adoption from the start.
Clinic operations aren't owned by one person. The work, and the decision to trust new software with it, runs across the whole team.
Most clinic software fails the moment it's dropped in and staff are expected to change overnight. So implementation is part of the product. Adoption, not just automation, is the goal.
We are a founding team with backgrounds from UC Berkeley, Stanford GSB, and NYU, with experience across computer science, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and artificial intelligence.
We have built, operated, scaled, exited, and advised technology businesses across complex consumer products, vertical software, and agentic AI. Our experience spans roles as founders, executives, advisors, and early team members.
But the reason we are building GlowOps is more personal than that.
We have seen healthcare bottlenecks up close: patients waiting for answers, families chasing next steps, and loved ones working in medicine trying to deliver care inside systems that make the work harder than it should be.
The healthcare system does not have an effort problem. It has an operations problem.
Clinic teams are stuck coordinating care across calls, forms, referrals, approvals, follow-ups, billing questions, and systems that do not talk to each other.
When the work around care does not scale, care itself cannot scale.
That is the work we are focused on.
The goal is simple: help clinics reach more patients, complete more follow-ups, reduce avoidable administrative burden, and give staff more time for the work that actually requires them.
We're building the AI operations layer for clinics, and we're early enough that the people who join now will shape what it becomes. Small team, hard and unglamorous problems, unusual leverage.
If you want to work close to real clinics, get deep in the workflows most software ignores, and own real parts of a vertical AI company, we'd like to meet you.
